Have a curated discussion about your cognitive, communication, or swallowing skills and get thorough advice and accessible resources for professional support.

• 45 minutes of 1:1 virtual guidance

• Great for patients and/or caregivers who have a variety of questions and cognitive, language, voice, speech or swallowing concerns, and want thorough tips on how to support these skills at home.

• Includes consult summary and takeaway points, links, and resources sent via email.

• This is NOT speech therapy. This service is not covered by insurance.

Learn how to incorporate research-backed communication and cognitive-building strategies into daily routines. Learn about new tools and how to use what you have at home to support communication and cognition.

• 60 minutes of 1:1 guidance

• Great for patients and caregivers wanting to learn how to fit language-building strategies into their everyday moments; and/or wanting to learn how to use cognitive strategies, environmental adaptations, and compensatory strategies into your daily routine.

• Great for patients and caregivers looking for additional ways to support their progress with a previously-given home exercise program; and/or wanting to learn how to advocate for themselves and navigate the healthcare system to your benefit.

• Includes consult summary and takeaway points, links, and resources sent via email.

• After call, receive 1-week support via email.
